JOHN R. KENNEDY

John R. Kennedy, 71, husband of Amelia Wells Kennedy, died Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019.

He was a son of the late William and Margaret Cooper Kennedy.

Funeral services for Mr. Kennedy will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Melina Presbyterian Church (USA), 3539 Black River Road, Gable, with the Rev. Samuel Sparks, pastor, presiding, Minister Jeff Brand, eulogist, and Minister Douglas Witherspoon assisting. Burial will follow at the churchyard cemetery.

The family is receiving friends at the residence.
