JOHN SCOTT BUTLER

NEW ZION - John Scott Butler, 80, died on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021, at his residence, 14275 U.S. 301, New Zion.

He was born on Sept. 15, 1940, in New Zion, a son of the late John Wesley Butler and Charlotte Gause Butler.

Graveside services for Mr. Butler will be held at noon on Saturday at Howard Chapel AME Church Cemetery, 6338 Old Manning Road, New Zion, with the Rev. Robert E. Galloway officiating.

The family is receiving friends at the residence.

These services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
