MANNING — On Sunday, Aug. 1, 2021, Johnnie Lee Burgess Jr., husband of Geneva Wilson Burgess, departed our midst at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning.
Born on Aug. 17, 1947, in Manning, he was a son of the late Johnnie Lee and Wilehemenia Burgess Harrison.
In accordance with CDC recommendations in reference to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Burgess family is not receiving relatives and friends at the residence.
Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced by Fleming & DeLaine Funeral Home and Chapel of Manning.
