JOYCE ANN OSBORNE

Joyce Ann Osborne, 62, widow of Charlie B. Osborne Jr., died on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born on June 2, 1957, in Sumter, she was a daughter of James Henry Goins and the late Annie Ruth Brown Goins.

Survivors include her father of Sumter; two children, Jennifer D. Osborne and Charlie B. Osborne, both of Sumter; five siblings, Cindy Crowley Ward (Terry) of Lynchburg, Wanda Faye Dozier (Mike) of Columbia, James Harold Goins (Debbie) of Longs, Kenneth Ray Goins of Lake City and Linda Goins Schultz (Carl) of Florence; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Judy Elaine Goins; and a brother, Henry Gerald Goins.

Services will be held at a later date.

Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
