Julia Wells, 96, widow of David Wells Sr., departed this life on Monday, Jan. 28, 2019, at Sumter Health and Rehab Center.
She was born on July 12, 1922, in Clarendon County, a daughter of the late Sinkler and Martha Conyers Benbow.
