Lakewood High School, Sumter County Adult Education to hold Meet and Greets on Aug. 5

The following schools in Sumter School District will hold Community Meet and Greet events before or on the day The Sumter Item's Back-to-School Guide publishes on Thursday, Aug. 5.

Lakewood High School will hold its Community Meet and Greet on Tuesday, Aug. 3, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center. Ice cream will be served. Students or parents may pick up class schedules on Aug. 3 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the guidance office.

Sumter County Adult Education invites the public to its Community Meet and Greet Open House on Thursday, Aug. 5, from 4 to 6 p.m.
