COLUMBIA - Quentin Hodge scored 25 points to lead the Lakewood High School boys basketball team to a 64-58 victory over Dreher on Tuesday at the DHS gymnasium.

Kvon Selph added 15 points for the Gators, who improved to 10-12 on the season and 5-4 in Region IV-4A. Kameron Rodriguez had 13 points and Jacqorey Melton had seven.

Buford 38

LANCASTER - Lee Central High School remained undefeated in Region IV-2A with a 71-38 victory over Buford on Tuesday at the BHS gymnasium.

LeBron Thomas had 21 points to set the pace for the Stallions, who improved to 22-3 overall and 11-0 in region play. Daurrion Kelly added 10, while DaVeon Thomas and Kalen Pollard both had eight and Delonzo Perkins seven.

JV BASKETBALL

Laurence Manning 43

Wilson Hall 28

MANNING - Laurence Manning Academy defeated Wilson Hall 43-28 on Tuesday at Bubba Davis Gymnasium.

Kaden Nivens led LMA with 12 points. Davis Campbell added nine, while KY Wright and James Olden had six apiece. Austin Geddings had five.

COLUMBIA - Lakewood High School fell to 0-11 in Region IV-4A with a 57-41 loss to Dreher on Tuesday at the DHS gymnasium.

Arreisha Harrington led the Lady Gators, who are 3-21 overall, with 15 points. Antiyona Roach added 14.

JV BASKETBALL

Wilson Hall 35

Laurence Manning 23

MANNING - Wilson Hall improved to 10-4 with a 35-23 victory over Laurence Manning Academy on Tuesday at Bubba Davis Gymnasium.

Jane McAdams led the Lady Barons with 12 points. Halle Stone added seven.

B TEAM BASKETBALL

Trinity-Byrnes 23

DARLINGTON - Laurence Manning Academy finished its season with a 9-2 record after beating Trinity-Byrnes 25-23 in overtime on Wednesday at the T-B gymnasium.

Karly Bjork led LMA with 11 points. Carlyn Hill had six and Audrey Coker had five.
