LETHA MAE BURGESS ADAMS

PAXVILLE - Letha Mae Burgess Adams, 54, wife of Alvin Adams, died Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022, at The Thomas Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was born Oct. 27, 1967, in Paxville, a daughter of the late John Wesley Burgess and Lula Bell Conyers Burgess.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning. Pastor Jordan Boyd will be officiating.

The family is receiving friends at the home of her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Inez Burgess, 2341 Hancock Drive, Sumter. Masks will be required.

These services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
