Letter to the editor: Thankful for Sumter, Manning health care during COVID-19

Posted

My wife and I developed symptoms in early January.

We went to the Manning hospital. We were promptly diagnosed with COVID. We were given treatment including the infusion therapy. We recovered. Rapidly.

Ninety days later, we received the vaccine at the Sumter Civic Center.

I commend both facilities. Our care was prompt and very professional.

We are thankful for the services rendered.
