Letter to the editor: What about the manhole covers after paving roads?

The roads are looking better, but what about the manhole covers? They should have been raised to meet the new black top. Going over them is like a big pothole.
And what about the people that block the pumps, go in the store, don't get gas? Are you that lazy? Very ignorant (Circle K, McCrays Mill Road).
