She was born on Feb. 24, 1966, in Miami, to the late Aretha Staggers and Curtis Strong.
The family is receiving friends from 1 to 8 p.m. daily at the home of Sarah Bolden Smith, 302 Adams Ave.
Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced later by Whites Mortuary LLC.
