Livingston Napoleon DuRant aka Abdul Hakeem Muhammad, 74, widower of Lynn Washington DuRant, was born on Feb. 16, 1946, in Sumter, a son of the late Munson and Florence McCray DuRant. He departed this life on Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, at his residence.
Public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Monday at Job's Mortuary Annex.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.
Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
