Lottie Bell Tomlin Lowery, 91, widow of James Lowery, departed this life on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
She was born on Sept. 13, 1928, in Clarendon County, a daughter of the late George and Almeta Myers Tomlin.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Westminister Presbyterian Church, 9124 Plowden Mill Road, Alcolu, SC 29001.
