On Monday, Dec. 6, 2021, Lucias "Lou" Williams, husband of Barbara Harvin Williams, departed our midst at Willie's Residential Care Facility.
Born on April 5, 1931, in Edgefield, he was a son of the late Robert Jr. and Rebecca Key Williams.
In accordance with CDC recommendations in reference to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family is not receiving relatives and friends at the residence.
Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced by Fleming & DeLaine Funeral Home and Chapel of Manning.
