Lucy Anne Daughrity Williams, 76, wife of Rudolph Williams Sr., died on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at her home.

Born on July 31, 1943, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Sidney Milton Daughrity Sr. and Louise Mundy Daughrity. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Mrs. Williams was a licensed practical nurse. She was employed at National Healthcare for many years and retired from Clarendon Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years; two children, Rudy Williams of Pinewood and Sherri Anne Dycus (Charlie) of Summerton; four grandchildren, Cody Williams (Mollie), Clay Williams, Bree Anne McKenzie (Josh) and Harley Dycus (Pearsney); six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Sidney Milton Daughrity Jr. (Susan) and Jimmy Daughrity, all of Sumter; and two sisters, Lynn Otto (Bill) and Paula Davis, both of Sumter.

She was preceded in death by five siblings.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church cemetery with the Rev. Larry Fraser officiating.

Pallbearers will be Cody Williams, Clay Williams, Harley Dycus, Josh McKenzie, Charlie Dycus and Timmy McVicker.
