MADISON FAITH SIMMONS

Madison Faith Simmons, infant daughter of Jeffery and Amanda Jumper Simmons, was born and died on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

In addition to her parents of Sumter, she is survived by a brother, Dallas Simmons; a sister, Cheyenne Simmons; paternal grandparents, Olen and Helen Simmons of Mount Airy, Georgia; maternal grandparents, Tony and Debra Jumper of Sumter; maternal great-grandmother, Faye Stalvey of Sumter; and four uncles.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery, officiated by the Rev. Mickey Stalvey and the Rev. Larry Griffin.

Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
