Manning hosting COVID-19 vaccine event on Saturday

Those interested in getting a COVID-19 vaccine can do so on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Manning.

The clinic will be held at Manning High School, 2155 Paxville Highway, and attendees 5-11 can receive their first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Attendees 12 and older can receive either their first, second or booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Attendees 18 and older can receive their first, second or booster dose of the Moderna vaccine.

According to state public health data, 44% of eligible Clarendon County residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, in comparison to 76% nationally.
