MARIE MCCANTS

SUMMERTON - Marie McCants, 94, died on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning.

She was born on Sept. 17, 1924, in Sardinia, a daughter of the late Richard and Elma White McCants.

Funeral services for Mrs. McCants will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, with the Rev. Samuel Sparks presiding, the Rev. Benny McCants officiating, and Minister Kelvin Briggs, the Rev. Carnell Hampton and Elder Sammie Taylor assisting. Burial will follow at Melina Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Gable.

The family is receiving friends at the home of her niece and husband, Yvonne "Vickey" and George McFadden Sr., 1282 Leon McFadden Road, Gable.
