MANNING - Mary Ann Blanding Dow, 92, widow of George William Dow, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2019, at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning. She was born April 25, 1926, in the Home Branch section of Clarendon County, a daughter of the late Stephen Blanding and Magalene Murray Blanding Collins.
The family is receiving friends at the residence, 9215 Drayton St., Rimini.
