MARY ELIZABETH B. KENNEDY

Mary Elizabeth Benjamin Kennedy, 93, wife of the late John Kennedy, was born on Jan. 14, 1928, in Sumter County, a daughter of the late David Sr. and Ella Grant Benjamin. She departed this life on Friday, Sept. 3, 2021, at Sumter Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. today at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday at Salem Chapel and Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, SC 29150 with Dr. Franklin D. Colclough officiating.

The family is receiving friends at the residence, 1750 Canberra Drive, Sumter. Masks are required as well as other COVID guidelines.

Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
