MARY LOU LEWIS RUSSELL
Mary Lou Lewis Russell, 82, wife of Charles R. "Buck" Russell, died Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019, at her home.
Born Dec. 22, 1936, in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late William M. Lewis and Eula Mae Swanger Lewis Eaton. Mrs. Russell retired from Campbell's Soup Co. after 20 years of service and also from NHC Healthcare after 24 years of service. She was a member of Sumter First Church of the Nazarene and attended Concord Baptist Church along with other churches in the community, where she enjoyed singing and fellowship.
She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
Private graveside services were held at Sumter Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to a church of your choice.
Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
