MATHEW VAN DAVIDSON
DALZELL — Mathew Van Davidson, age 40, beloved husband of Tara Nicole Cousar Davidson, died on Friday, March 27, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
Born on Fort Huachuca, Arizona, he was a son of the late Ricky Van Davidson and Jan Elizabeth Phillips Boyle. Matt enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his wife, Tara, of Dalzell, he is survived by his brother, Eric Hamilton of Sumter; brother-in-law, Keith Hurley of Dalzell; stepfather, David C. Plowden of Manning; nieces, Mariah, Deanna and Emmy Lou; and his nephew, Joshua.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Branden Davidson; and sister, Amy Hurley.
In light of the recent novel COVID-19 virus, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
