Matilda Idella Harvin Singleton, 98, widow of Israel Singleton Jr., departed this life on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
She was born on June 15, 1924, in Sumter County, a daughter of the late Arthur and Ida Singleton Harvin.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. daily at the home, 2100 Pinewood Road, Sumter, SC 29154. Masks required in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines.
Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
