MATTIE PETERSON MCFADDEN

Mattie Peterson McFadden, 88, widow of Levon McFadden, was born Jan. 23, 1932, in Florence County, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Leola Cooper Peterson. She departed this life on Monday, July 6, 2020, at her residence.

Public viewing will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. today at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. McFadden will be placed in the church at 9 a.m. on Friday for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, SC 29150 with Pastor Marion H. Newton, eulogist, and Pastor Nate Brock officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.

Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
