Maxwell is hoping for a happy New Year with a new family

This gorgeous guy is Maxwell. He weighs 41 pounds and is about 1 year old. Maxwell is friendly to other dogs as well as people. He is in need of a new home with responsible owners. He will make a great pet for an active family. If you can give Maxwell a happy New Year, please visit him in kennel 20 at Sumter Animal Control, 1240 Winkles Road. As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required.
