MCKENZIE COREY STEWART

Funeral services for McKenzie Corey Stewart will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at First Baptist Missionary Church, 219 S. Washington St., Sumter, with the Rev. George Windley Jr., pastor, and the Rev. Kenneth Choice officiating. Interment will follow at Bradford Cemetery.

A public viewing will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. today at the mortuary.

He was born Feb. 26, 1977, in Sumter, to Glen Stewart and Jerry Johnson and reared by a special aunt, Yvonne Allen.

Corey was preceded in death by his brother, Fernando Stewart.

He departed his earthy life on Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, in Sumter.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories: two daughters, Ka'Mora and Ny'Keyra; a son, DeAndre; his parents, Glen Stewart and Jerry Johnson; two brothers, Jerry Johnson and Silas (Bubba) Allen; four sisters, Shiree Stewart, Demetrius Stewart, Vanessa Allen and Ingrid Stewart; six nieces; five nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 521 Dingle St., Sumter.
