McMeekin-Montgomery

Mr. and Mrs. John Stephen McMeekin of Winnsboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Caroline Mayes McMeekin of Seattle, Washington, to Mr. John Watson Montgomery of Seattle, son of Dr. and Mrs. Alan Bruce Montgomery of Medina, Washington.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hayne Douglass McMeekin of Winnsboro and the late Mr. and Mrs. Chandler Eugene Mayes of Mayesville. She graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Washington Foster School of Business in Seattle.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Dr. and Mrs. Richard Alan Montgomery of Pacific Palisades, California, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Emil Schneebeli of Seattle. He graduated from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Retail Studies and from the University of Washington Foster School of Business with a Master of Business Administration. He is employed as a sales operation manager by Varsity Tutors in Seattle.

The wedding is planned for May 23, 2020, at Lowndes Grove in Charleston.
