MICHAEL P. RICHBURG
PORTAL, Ga. - Funeral services for Michael P. Richburg, who died on Monday, May 20, 2019, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 182 S. Pike East, Sumter, with the Rev. Aurelia Hill, pastor, and the Rev. Sarah Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Bradford Cemetery.
A public viewing will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the mortuary.
He is survived by his mother, Lanelle DesChamps; son, Jayden Barnes; three daughters, Aaleeyah Valmont, Kristian Richburg and Jordan Barnes; two brothers, Steve S. Mack and James Richburg; four sisters, LaTonya Woodberry (Roderick), Latoshia Cantey, Yushika Cantey and Quinn Grooms (TJ); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family is receiving friends at 6919 Panola Road, Pinewood.
