MONICA ANN HARBUCK

Monica Ann Harbuck, age 85, beloved wife of the late Leonard Ray Harbuck, died on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, at her residence.

Born in St. Albans, Vermont, she was a daughter of the late Clifford Joseph and Eva Matte Benjamin. Mrs. Harbuck retired from DHEC after 25 years of service. She enjoyed traveling and volunteering at St. Anne Catholic Church and The Shepherd's Center. In addition, she was an animal lover. Mrs. Harbuck was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church.

Surviving are one daughter, Vicki McCarthy of Sumter; one granddaughter, Eva McCarthy of Sumter; and one sister, Carol McDougle of Kokomo, Indiana.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Clifton Francis Benjamin and Ronald Arnold Benjamin.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
