Nominate now for Best of Clarendon 2020

Back for its second year, The Sumter Item's annual readers' choice contest is ready to be reintroduced to Clarendon County.

Nominations are open for Best of Clarendon 2020 at www.theitem.com/bestofclarendon. Make sure your favorite business, service or professional is nominated before March 3. You can nominate as many names as you want in as many categories as you want and don't need to be a subscriber to do so.

Beginning March 4, vote once per day in more than 200 categories through March 31.

If you don't already see your favorite nominee displayed, write it in, and The Sumter Item staff will approve eligible nominees within 24 hours.

If you or your business has been nominated, register at the Best of Clarendon website to get a free promotion kit. That will also be how we contact winners.

All people or businesses must live or work in Clarendon County to win.

All winners will receive a free Best of Clarendon window cling, framed photo recognition for each category in which they receive the most votes and be listed in the magazine and on the winners' website.
