NY'GARRIER PRINCESS SNOW

Ny'Garrier Princess Snow, affectionately known as "Ny," was born on Jan. 4, 1996, in Sumter, to Gary and Angela Wright Snow. At the age of 23, she departed this life on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019, at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina.

On May 2, 2010, Ny was baptized at Refuge Temple in Columbia. She later attended New Millennium Deliverance Temple in Sumter. At an early age, Ny was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. Throughout her teen years and early adult life, she faced many health challenges. Ny was resilient as she endured, coped and battled her illness. Regardless of her illness, she tried her best to persevere. She was supported wholeheartedly by family, friends and a vast team of medical professionals. Despite her health challenges, Ny graduated from Williams Thomas Academy in 2015.

Ny memories will be forever cherished by her parents, Gary and Angela Wright Snow of Rembert; a brother, Shawn Powell Jr. of Rembert; a sister, Anglia Snow of Rembert; a special cousin / daughter, Kelise Maple of Rembert; maternal grandparents, David Wright Jr. of Camden and Pauline Wright of Rembert; godmother, Dimitria Alston of Rembert; seven aunts; seven uncles; seven grandaunts; seven granduncles; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 5350 McDaniel Road, Rembert.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Rafting Creek Baptist Church, 3860 S.C. 261, Rembert, with the Rev. Melvin Mack, pastor, eulogist.

The remains will be placed in the church at 1 p.m.

The funeral procession will leave at 1:20 p.m. from the home.

Burial will be at Rafting Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Rembert.
