OMA BEATRICE SNYDER KINDERMAN

Oma Beatrice Snyder Kinderman, age 88, died on Monday, Nov. 18, 2019, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

Born in Frankfort, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd Snyder and Ethel Leatha Barnhart Snyder. Oma worked for more than 27 years at Federal Mogul in Frankfort and retired in 1997. She loved her years of working at Federal Mogul and particularly enjoyed all the company functions. She was a lifelong member of the Nazarene church, both in Frankfort and in Sumter. Her true joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a very loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Oma is survived by one son, Wayne Kinderman Jr. and his wife, Marcia, of Indiana; three daughters, Chrissy Smoak and her husband, Jim, of Pinewood, Annette "Annie" Kinderman of Tennessee and Lynette Arroyo and her husband, Anthony, of Johnson City, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Tiffany Kidd, Michael Dowden Jr., Rosalyn Ford and her husband, Josh, Jimbo Smoak and his wife, Ashley, and Jason Smoak and his wife, Kayce; 13 great-grandchildren, Jamie Lee Kidd, Madison Kidd, Ally Floyd, Chloe Harper Dowden, Braxton Ford, Cody Ford, Jacob Isenhower, Trenton Troxell, Alexis Troxell, Bryson Smoak, Molly Harper Smoak, Jackson Smoak and Kinsley Grace Smoak; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Chylene Troxell; four brothers, Bill Snyder, Dave Snyder, Chuck Snyder and George Snyder; and one sister, Idabeth Amos.

Services will be private.
