Opinion: Kmart building should become business to benefit all of Sumter

Recently, Kmart ceased to exist. Now we have a big building, huge parking area, outdoor plaza, a very busy location and plenty of easy access. Did I forget air conditioning?
Sumter needs to advertise this building as a wonderful location for a company that would benefit the city of Sumter and all of its citizens, working and retired.
Let's see two words come to mind, Home Depot.
