MANNING - Pauline Graham Blackwell, 94, widow of Deacon Earnest Blackwell Sr., died on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020, at her residence.
She was born on June 23, 1926, in the Paxville community of Manning, a daughter of the late Paul Graham and Ollie Montgomery Graham Green and stepdaughter of Eugene Green.
Due to COVID-19, the family is not receiving visitors.
