Phillips Sinkler departed this life on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
He was born on May 3, 1988, a son of Walter and Shirley D. Sinkler. He is the nephew of Ruth Ramsey, James Sinkler, Dora Evans, Johnny Sinkler, Minnie Maple and Jimmy King, all of Sumter.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday.
Sarah L. Carter's Funeral Home of Jacksonville is in charge of arrangements.
