PHYLLIS EVANS GARRICK

Phyllis Evans Garrick, 77, died on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, in Florida.

Born on March 23, 1941, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Richard Phillips Evans and Elzada Norris Evans.

Surviving are her sister, Sylvia Evans Peek; three daughters, Debra Pringle Buford, Terri Garrick Conner and Christi Elaine Garrick; grandchildren, Payton Conner and Ashley Conner; an aunt, Betty Ray Evans Murrell; stepdaughters, Sherry Wilson and Kathy Mason, and their children and grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday in the chapel of Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with the Rev. Angela Marshall officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.

Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery.
