PHYLLIS S. WORRELL

VERO BEACH, Fla. - Phyllis Stokes Skinner Worrell, 77, passed away peacefully on Friday, Dec. 21, 2018, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.

Born on Feb. 16, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Ben and Vero Stokes of Sumter.

She is survived by her sister, Patsy Freeman of Alpharetta, Georgia; one son, Thomas Skinner (Penny) of Tennessee; two daughters, Rhonda Skinner and Robin Worrell, both of Vero Beach; and one grandson, Jon Thomas Worrell of Vero Beach.
