PRESTON THEODOR CHASE

MANNING - On Tuesday, July 2, 2019, Preston Theodor Chase, devoted husband of Joann Connor Chase, exchanged time for eternity at McLeod Health Clarendon.

Born on Aug. 12, 1951, in Baltimore, Maryland, he was a son of the late Albert Alexander and Ethel Gough Chase.

A service celebrating his life will take place at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Unity Christian Church, 1631 Trinity Church Road, Alcolu, where the Rev. Devon Coker serves as pastor. The associate pastor, Minister John Nelson, will deliver words of encouragement. The service of committal will follow at the family plot located at Manning Cemetery.

Public viewing will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Fleming & DeLaine Chapel, 222 W. Boyce St., Manning.

The family is receiving relatives and friends from 1 to 7 p.m. at the residence, 2987 Hector Walker Road, Ram Bay community of Manning.
