QUEEN ELIZABETH MCCAIN WASHINGTON

Queen Elizabeth McCain Washington, 90, widow of James Washington Sr., was born on Oct. 6, 1929, in Wedgefield, a daughter of the late Asbury and Sarah Jane Lawson McCain.

She departed this life on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020, at the home of her daughter.

Public viewing will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. today at Job's Mortuary.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Orangehill Independent Methodist Church Cemetery, 3035 S.C. 261, Wedgefield, SC 29168 with Pastor Darrell James Officiating.

Due to the COVID-19 guidelines, there will be no visitation at the residence.

Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
