Qwantise Salavas Abrams, 32, boarded his flight for his heavenly mansion on Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, in Sumter.

Qwantise, affectionately known as "Tubby," was born on Nov. 3, 1986, in Sumter County, a son of Deloris Pringle and the late David Durant. He was educated in the public schools of Sumter County.

He was a trucker for C.R. England Trucking Co. and Gold Kist and was employed at Invista, until his untimely death.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Deloris Pringle; his daughters, Khamari Abrams and Dalylah Abrams; sons, Qwantise Abrams Jr., Da'Carter Allen and Dimaurion Williams; his fianc e, Danielle Williams; his grandmother, Thomasine Abrams; sisters, Tomeka Abrams, Jasine Ragin, Adrienne Jackson, Venus Duff, Anyela Williams, Latasha Prince, Kimberly Williams and Laquanda Hudson; brothers, Tommy Williams, Waranbi Sharper, Devonta Singletary, Timothy Ray, Calvin Hudson, Sammie Wells and Keven Melleffe; six aunts; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 312 S. Guignard Drive, Sumter.

Homegoing services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Salem Missionary Baptist Church, 320 W. Fulton St., Sumter, with Bishop Cartell Woods, pastor, eulogist.

The remains will be placed in the church at 1 p.m.

The funeral procession will leave at 1:20 p.m. from the home.

Burial will be at White's Cemetery, Airport Road, Sumter.
