Randal Swinton, 58, husband of Deborah Goodman Swinton, departed this life on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at his residence.
He was born on Sept. 2, 1960, in Sumter, a son of Roosevelt and Naomi Frierson Swinton.
The family will receive friends at the home, 1030 Atlas Road, Apartment 117, Columbia, SC 29209 and the home of his mother, 10 Kent Place, Sumter, SC 29150.
