MANNING - Randolph "Randy" Blackwell, 60, died on Sunday, June 21, 2020, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence.
He was born on Aug. 21, 1959, in Manning, a son of the late Willie Ross Blackwell and Sue Ester Cain Blackwell.
The family is not receiving visitors.
