RAYMOND S. LYNCH

Raymond S. Lynch, 71, died on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born on April 26, 1949, in Sumter, he was a son of the late James Oliver Lynch and Fozia Lee Lowder Lynch. He retired from Campbell Soup Co. and Hodge Trucking Co.

Survivors include four sisters, Betty Brewer of Manning, Shirley Boykin of Sumter, Pat Brendlen of Sumter and Rosa Lee Sims of Butler, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Frances Dorrell, Mary Brunson, Billy Lynch, Fred Lynch, Arthur Lynch, Marie Lynch and Edward Lynch.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday at Home Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Dale Peet officiating.

Pallbearers will be Bill Gibson, Stanley Corbett, Robert Corbett Jr., Charlie Boykin, Tom Brewer and Paul Brewer.
