Re/Max Summit recognizes 2022 agent achievements, receives honors

Re/Max Summit, 2990 Broad St. in Sumter, recently held its award luncheon recognizing outstanding achievement of its agents for the year 2022. Re/Max Summit led the Sumter MLS with more than 162 million closed, and 20 of its agents were recognized by Re/Max with individual awards. Brooke Braswell was recognized as Agent of the Year, with Vince Watkins, Kodee Weipert, Sandra Ford and Terri Horton garnering Platinum-level awards. Kristy Benkart, Renea Carter, Jan Epps, Keely Griffith, Susan Hull, Connie Morse and Talmadge Tobias were presented a 100% club award symbolizing they gave 100% commitment in serving their clients. Receiving an Executive Club award were William Benkart, Jim Comeau, William Hancock, Silvia Holliday, Sam Hopkis, Evan Ray, Paul Sorrells and Sharry Williams. Bob Koch, representing Re/Max in the S.C., N.C., Georgia and Florida region, presented to partners Talmadge Tobias and Doc Dunlap the Eagle Award for the highest net gain in sales associates by a Re/Max agency in S.C. He also presented the 2022 Outstanding Brokerage of the Year award to Re/Max Summit. In 2022, Re/Max Summit opened its second location in Camden.
