Richard Washington, 52, transitioned into eternity on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, at Palmetto Health Toumey.

Born on Aug. 20, 1966, in Sumter County, Richard was educated in the Sumter School District. Richard had a power-packed personality. He was known for his smile and his infectious laughter. He had an affinity for motorcycles and high speed vehicles. With his love for music, outdoor grilling, speedy cars and motorcycles, it was destiny that led Richard to join the Thunderguard Motorcycle Club. Richard's ministry was in helping those who could not help themselves.
