DALZELL - Robert Bernard Oliver, 68, husband of Jannie Mae Toney Oliver, departed this life on Sunday, July 18, 2021, in Scranton.
He was born on Jan. 1, 1953, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Willie and Lucille Moore Oliver.
The family is receiving friends from 2 to 6 p.m. at 1742 Polaris Drive.
