ROBERT SHIVELY

Robert Shively, 78, husband of Pat Johnson Shively, died Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born in Van Wert, Ohio, he was a son of the late Guy and Betty Krick Shively. Mr. Shively retired from Bosch Co. He loved fishing and hunting.

Surviving are his wife of Sumter; a son, Rodney Shively of the home; a daughter, Brenda Hendrix (Joe) of Sumter; two grandchildren, Corey Hendrix (Kattie) of Pinewood and Mariah (John) Ross of Dalzell; and a great-granddaughter, Layla Brinson.

He was preceded in death by a son, Randy Shively.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.
