ROBIN GORDON SELF

Robin Gordon Self, 50, husband of Tammy Hutson Self, died on Monday, Sept. 14, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born on Dec. 10, 1969, in Sumter, he was a son of the late Max Ray Self and Ann Mavis Williams Self. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and attended Northside Memorial Baptist Church. He owned and operated Southern Medical Service. Robin enjoyed spending time following his children's activities and fishing.

Survivors include his wife of Sumter; two children, Hutson Self and Josie Grace Self; a special grandson, Lukas Hutson; two brothers, Vaughn Self (Amy) of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Dale Self (Jennifer) of the Dominican Republic; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Gage Hutson Self.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home.
