ROOSEVELT MCFADDEN JR.

The Rev. Roosevelt McFadden Jr., 74, widower of Thelma McFadden, was born on Oct. 11, 1946, in Sumter County, a son of the late Roosevelt Sr. and Hester Brown McFadden. He departed this life on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020, at McLeod Hospice House in Florence.

Public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at Job's Mortuary.

The Rev. McFadden will be placed in the church at 11 a.m. on Monday for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Monday at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, SC 29150 with Bishop Jeffrey Johnson, eulogist, and Pastor Wilbert White officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park.

Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
