With deep sadness, Daphne Thomas Sanders and the family of Deacon Roosevelt Sanders announce his transition to God's book of remembrance on Friday, June 19, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. today in the John Wesley Williams Sr. Memorial Chapel, Williams Funeral Home Inc., 821 N. Main St., Sumter.
The immediate family will hold a private graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Deacon Sanders' name to the Grant Hill Missionary Baptist Church Scholarship Fund, 5405 Black River Road, Rembert, SC 29128
These services are entrusted to the management and staff of Williams Funeral Home Inc., 821 N. Main St., Sumter.
